Kavita Pankaj Associates is an architecture firm which believes in building great relationships. Both the words, ‘building’ and ‘relationships’, are key to design, where the client’s needs are fore fronted.

Cofounding the Architectural and Design practice in 1999, Kavita and Pankaj began working together when they realized that their sensibilities had a meeting ground. Together, they brought to the table a combination of design and engineering excellence.
Kavita has an innate connect with the clients. Understanding their needs, she adds value by imparting a fine sense of aesthetics and simplicity in her design, while translating ideas into reality. With appropriate use of light, colours, textures, movements and balance, she breathes elegance and coherence into all her projects.
Pankaj is extremely passionate about music and design. He has an eye for detail vis-à-vis technical perfection. Striving to craft spaces that speak of fine form and functional efficiency, his sense of authenticity and rootedness find a way into the design expression. Together, their strengths coalesce to create a sharply implemented design.
